The “High Rise Building Forum ” also known as “International Practices and Solutions in High-Rise Buildings”—jointly organized by MGL E&C and CNADRI (China Northeast Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd.), was successfully held on October 23, 2025.

Established in 1952, CNADRI has over 70 years of continuous experience and is ranked 4th among China’s top 500 companies. The firm employs more than 2,200 professionals and is classified as an “A list” design contractor, providing comprehensive architectural, structural, and engineering solutions.
HIGH RISE BUILDING FORUM
The forum was organized following the collaboration agreement signed between MGL E&C and CNADRI on April 25, 2025. It took place at the Holiday Inn Grand Ballroom from 10:00 to 18:00, featuring six expert speakers from CNADRI:
Each speaker delivered a presentation on their respective topic, followed by an open discussion addressing questions from participants. The forum provided valuable insights into the practical, multi faceted experiences and innovative approaches used in high-rise building design and construction.
The event brought together over 300 industry professionals from more than 100 organizations, including developers, investors, architects, engineers, and construction specialists contributing to the advancement and innovation of the construction sector. The forum marked a first of its kind gathering in Mongolia, setting a precedent for future knowledge sharing events in high rise building practices.
