The project is designed with an optimized spatial ratio of 75% functional space to 25% auxiliary space, ensuring maximum efficiency in space utilization. This mixed-use complex integrates a wide range of functions, including retail and services, a shopping mall, concept and furniture stores, international exhibition areas, offices, and educational spaces.
The primary objective of the project is to provide residents with access to diverse services within a single location, thereby reducing traffic congestion, service centralization, and the overall flow of movement toward the city center. The development is also planned in alignment with both existing and future projects in the surrounding area, ensuring a cohesive urban framework.
The master plan carefully considers pedestrian and vehicular circulation, with parking for 800 vehicles strategically located in a concealed area at the rear of the building. This approach minimizes visual impact and contributes to a cleaner, more harmonious urban environment.
