MIXED-USE COMPLEX
This project, located in the 11th khoroo of Khan-Uul District, is a multifunctional complex developed on a 145×60 meter site, designed for office, commercial, and residential use. The total site area is 10,634 m².
The B1–B3 basement levels include 458 parking spaces. Floors 1–4 feature 27,228 m² of commercial space, floors 5–7 include 5,139 m² of office space, and floors 5–16 contain 10,251 m² of residential area. Additionally, a retreat section for up to 1,000 people spans floors 8–33 with a total area of 38,922 m².
A key feature of the project is its integration with the existing building and its emphasis on preserving natural views.
