The complex consists of three 23 story residential blocks, a 13 story office building, 2  and 3 story hotel buildings, and 35 and 47 story mixed use towers.In the 47 story tower, floors 1-3 are designated for retail and services, floors 4-15 for office use, and floors 16-47 for residential apartments.The 35 story tower includes retail and service areas on floors 1-4, office spaces on floors 5-16, and residential units on floors 17-35.All blocks include parking facilities on Basement Levels B1 and B2. The 23 story residential buildings feature heated parking areas on Basement Levels B1 and B2, as well as on the 1st and 2nd floors.
