A LIST OFFICE BUILDING

This project is a A List office building located in the 1st khoroo of Sukhbaatar District, in the city’s main commercial and business hub. The building has a footprint of 21.1 × 18.7 meters along its axes, comprises 20 floors, and includes a B1 basement level.The 20-story vertical mass features a glass façade with forward-leaning vertical mullions and deep blue glass expressing the Shunkhlai Group’s brand identity. The 11 story horizontal mass is designed with slanted horizontal mullions and a dark colored glass facade.The building facade is equipped with amber strip lighting for night illumination, highlighting the structure while reflecting the Shunkhlai Group’s brand colors.
