MGL E&C participated as a speaker at the Block Investment Summit Q4, 2025.

The Block Investment Summit Q4 2025, held in Ulaanbaatar, marked the first large scale, closed door event aimed at defining a new era of urban development by intersecting real estate, investment, and capital markets. The summit sought to expand the investment ecosystem within the real estate sector and brought together over 150 participants, including domestic and international investors, financial institutions, and project developers, with the goal of strengthening trust and collaboration in the real estate market.

MGL E&C participated in the summit as a speaker, presenting under the theme: “Elevating Architectural Design through BIM and AI.” The company shared insights on key considerations when selecting a design implementation partner, the current state of modern architectural design workflows, and how these practices are evolving drawing on their own challenges, solutions, and practical experience.
